How passes work

These rules describe how the ticketing system behaves and apply to every pass.

• A pass is issued only after the payment provider confirms your payment. A browser success screen on its own does not issue a pass.
• Each barcode admits one person, once. General and VIP passes carry one barcode; the Couple pass carries two, one for each person.
• Barcodes are checked against our records at the door. A barcode that has already been scanned, cancelled or refunded will not be admitted.
• Unpaid orders hold their passes for 15 minutes and are then released.
• Keep your ticket links private. Anyone with the link can view the barcode.
