This page describes what this website collects when you buy a pass and why.

What we collect

• Buyer name, email address and mobile number — to send your passes and contact you about the event.
• Attendee names for each admission — printed on the pass and shown to door staff.
• Payment status and the payment provider’s reference. Card, UPI PIN and bank details are handled by the payment provider and never reach our servers.
• Check-in time for each admission on the night.

Who sees it

Authorised event staff, by role: door staff see attendee names and pass type; finance staff see order and payment records.

Processors

Payments are processed by our payment provider and emails are delivered by our email provider. Neither may use your data for their own marketing.

Barcodes

Your barcode is a random code. It contains no personal or payment information.

Retention period and data-controller details are pending confirmation by the organiser.
