Refund policy

The organiser has not published a refund policy yet. If you need to know about refunds before buying, please contact the organisers first.

How refunds are processed

When the organiser approves a refund, it is sent back to the original payment method through the payment provider. A full refund cancels every pass on the order. Banks usually take 5–7 working days to show the money in your account.
